Matthew Paish, Co-founder

Matthew brings a wealth of experience from his eight years at Expedia Group, where he specialized in reviewing the latest travel technology, forming technology partnerships, and consulting hotels on revenue management. Before his time at Expedia, Matthew gained hands-on operational experience at several independent hotels. He studied tourism management in Canada, The Netherlands, and Switzerland, and has visited hotels across 30 countries, providing him with a global perspective on hospitality.

Adrian Boettcher, Co-founder

Adrian is a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for excellence. As the former General Manager of the Victorian Hotel, he oversaw all hotel operations, initiated new projects, and led hotel design—all while striving to achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction. Adrian also spearheaded business development for Lighthouse in Canada, providing revenue management solutions to hoteliers. His four years at Expedia Group saw him consulting with 250 hotel partners on their revenue management strategies, further enhancing his expertise. Adrian studied hotel management at HOGA in Germany, grounding him in the core principles of hospitality.
